The Building permit for this house was approved, and this project is currently under construction.
This open-concept modern cottage, approximately 2300 sqft, is located in Sundridge Village. Besides the big expansive windows, the double cantilever floor and triple cantilever balconies have given it a modern, stunning look.
Ziggurat Structural Solutions is involved in the structural design of this project.
