Sundridge Cottage #1
The Building permit for this house was approved, and this project is currently under construction.
This open-concept modern cottage, approximately 2000 sqft, is located in Sundridge Village. This cottage was designed as a split-level house with a high ceiling. In order to minimize the cost of construction and as requested by the client, the roof structure included TJI joists with a 25 ft span.
Ziggurat Structural Solutions is involved in the structural design of this project.
